When the clouds vanished and the sun came out in the afternoon, we went for a walk towards the lighthouse that we have taken so many pictures from a far. It was a nice walk along the dike, alongside of meadows and fields of barley.
The surroundings are inhabited by plenty of wild animals and cattle. Despite the wind and rain, the air was still feeling warm. Unexpectedly warm to be honest. Long sailing cloth, boots and a jacket was not the appropriate garment. If we could just cool down.
Sina was exhausted and found a cosy place on a bench with a view. I continued to walk towards the lighthouse and was surprised by the beautiful beach that was hiding behind. Dunes, white sand and breakwater that invited for swimming.
I didn’t think twice and never looked back. Cloth of: lap trousers, sports pants, jacket, pullover, t-shirt, boots, stockings, underwear. 15 seconds later, I ran into the water completely naked. I couldn’t wait to dive into the water. Cool off and being pushed around by the waves. I was having a swim I won’t forget for a while. Wohooo. So much fresh energy flooding my body. Completely unexpected and so amazing!
